At DesiKids, we strive to bring your little ones their new favorite outfits as quickly as possible. We ship across 19,000+ pin codes in India.

1. Processing Time

Ready-to-Ship: Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 24–48 hours (excluding Sundays and Public Holidays).

Custom/Festive Wear: Certain handcrafted or customized items may take 5–7 working days to dispatch. Please check the product description for specific timelines.

2. Estimated Delivery Timelines

Once dispatched, the delivery time depends on your location:

Metros (Delhi, Mumbai, Bengaluru, etc.): 2–4 business days.

Rest of India: 4–7 business days.

North-East & Remote Locations: 7–10 business days.

3. Shipping Charges

Standard Shipping: We offer Free Shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹[100].

Orders below ₹100: A nominal flat fee of ₹[100] applies.

Cash on Delivery (COD): An additional convenience fee of ₹[50] is charged for all COD orders.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an SMS and email with a Tracking Link and the name of our courier partner (e.g., Blue Dart, Delhivery).

🔄 Returns & Exchange Policy

We want your kids to love their DesiKids gear! If the fit isn’t right or you’ve changed your mind, we are here to help.

1. Return Window

You can initiate a return or exchange request within 7 days of receiving your order. Requests made after 7 days will not be eligible for processing.

2. Eligibility Criteria

To be eligible for a return:

Items must be unused, unwashed, and unsoiled.

All original tags and packaging must be intact.

Hygiene Note: For hygiene reasons, innerwear, cloth diapers, and accessories (like hairbands or socks) are non-returnable unless they arrive damaged.

3. How to Initiate a Return

Log in to your account or email us at [Insert Email Support] with your Order ID.

Unboxing Video: For claims regarding "Damaged" or "Missing" items, a clear unboxing video is mandatory to process your request quickly.

We will arrange a Reverse Pickup within 48–72 hours of approval. If your pin code is not serviceable for reverse pickup, you may need to self-ship the item (we will reimburse shipping costs up to ₹100).

4. Refunds & Store Credit

Prepaid Orders: Refund will be credited to the original payment mode within 5–7 business days after the item passes our quality check.

COD Orders: You can choose between Store Credit (issued instantly) or a Bank Transfer (details will be requested via a secure link).

Note: Shipping and COD charges are non-refundable.

5. Cancellations

You can cancel your order anytime before it is dispatched. Once shipped, cancellations are not possible, but you may refuse the delivery or initiate a return after receiving it.
